Summer Skin - Remedy Making Workshop - 10.30am - 3.30pm Thurs 13th June (Inc lunch and £55 worth of products to take home.)
Come and spend beautiful day in the remedy room making all of your own handmade natural skincare for summer. Including your very own handmade suntan cream made with all natural ingredients and some essential oils so you can create your very own summer smell that’s not full of chemicals and synthetics. A completely natural body butter, perfect to use after being in the sun for full hydration and its anti inflammatory benefits of natural organic cocoa butter, coconut oil, beeswax and shea butter. An anti repellant or cooling mist spray, with a water base and Doterra Essential Oils. Plus a super hydrating face moisturiser, tinted if you wish. Not only will your skin absolutely love all this totally natural skincare, you will smell amazing too.
I have always struggled with mosquito bites on holiday and as much as i’m not suggesting you won’t get any with these remedies, I have realised that using all these natural products has reduced my inflammation and scratching so now I don’t tend to react. The more I have learnt about how bad putting chemicals and toxins on your skin is for your body, your liver, your hormones and your gut, I have loved learning how to make my own natural skincare that actually works and feels SO much better. As always I love the chance to share what I learn and empower you all and give you the chance to play and have a mindful day in the remedy room to switch off and take it one step further of living a more natural, healthier and happier life.
The day will include plenty of herbal tea and a retreat remedies light lunch of summer salads with so much goodness and hopefully some inspiration for you to take home. You will leave with your hydrating face moisturiser, an essential oil facial and body spray for the summer months, a hydrating body butter and a 200ml jar of homemade suncream, all made by you. The products alone would cost at least £55 to buy but are not easy to find this natural with absolutely no preservatives chemicals on the market. You will also leave feeling nourished and confident to make your own in the future saving you money in the long run and much happier skin for you and your loved ones.
