Essential Oil ~Rollerball and Healing/Lip Balm Making Workshop ~ Tues 9th July 7-9pm

Come and spend the evening in the ‘Retreat Remedy Room’ and learn all about how you can turn to nature and find a remedy for anything by using essential oils. We will go through the top oils and make some remedies to add to your own natural medicine cabinet. I have been using essential oils for the last ten years, on myself and patients that have come for healing and when I travelled as a nanny. I loved how I became known as the oil queen or remedy girl and how people turned to me with any ailment and knew I could offer a remedy.

If you too would like to become a remedy girl or perhaps introduce this empowering knowledge to a daughter or mother or friend this little class of essential oils can be a little life changer. Knowing we have nature and natural remedies to turn to and the power to treat ourselves and loved ones is enlightening.

There will be an introduction into essential oils, I will be covering the basics, of how they are distilled, how you know a good oil, how to use them safely and who can use them. I will cover my top 12 essential oils, what I use them for, the books, apps and resources that make it easy to learn. Then you will have the chance to play and make an essential rollerball tailored to you through what you have learned to take away (value £12). then a lip balm or healing balm that you can also choose your own oil and make to take away (value £3). If you want to make extra either for yourself or to give as thoughtful healing gift, you can do this just with the additional values.

There will be endless amounts of Retreat Remedies herbal tea to drink and healthy gluten free, herbal sweet treats. This will certainly be an outing for the senses, with so many beautiful oils to smell and apply topically at your own wish. For the mind, there will be lots of information, don’t worry you will pick up what you need at the time, worth bringing a notebook to write some notes though. I will also offer 10% off remedies on the night if you need to stock up.
