All you need is a bit of space to move (matt not necessary but if you have one great.) Be set up in a place you can also sit propped up, an armchair, sofa or a wall will do nicely for support while we drink our tea. YOU WILL NEED Our RR Blend of Restore Tea to get the full experience, as I will guide you through each herb in the blend and it will prepare you beautifully for an expansive and restorative breathe work for the nervous system and bring you to a place of Peace. Our first Online Meditation back in February was such a success and we all enjoyed it so much we have decided to do another one. We have offered many times together in person, on retreats and find everyone would like to continue to connect and don’t live on the doorstep, so we thought this would make things more accessible and were positive we can still create that magic online. We are offering this as a Pay As You Feel so there is no cost if you unable or don’t feel the magic. You will be sent the donation link when you sign up but you can do this afterwards as you feel.
