Retreats Remedies rather special Christmas event… at The Rectory in Burnsall. Somewhere you can come and enjoy getting creative with all the calm healing energy of the NEW ‘Remedy Room’. Full of healing herbs, foraged festive foliage, earthy moss, dried flowers, pinecones and luxury ribbons. The chance to come and connect back to self as you connect with nature and remember what Christmas is all about. Celebrating the evergreens and the gatherings with the fire roaring and candles lit. A nourishing atmosphere for the nervous system, of Gregorian chants and festive choir music, frankincense burning and the smell of essential oils. The perfect way to escape the materialistic madness and top of up your energy mid season. Homemade mince pies will be served, mulled festive cider will be flowing and herbal cuppas of course.
If you know what you’re doing you’ll be left to find free flow. Equally Katherine will be at hand to guide you through making your moss and wire wreath base and show you what to do if desired for table pieces too. Everything will be provided but please feel free to bring any foliage you have or anything special you wish to add like a favourite ribbon. You’re promised to not only leave with beautiful creations but leave feeling nourished on all levels.
Early Bird prices will be honoured up to the 15th of November. If you would like to book a whole slot to fill privately with friends, family or work colleagues.
I have created 3 hour slots so you have plenty of time. It usually takes just a few hours to make a wreath, so if you can’t make the full 3 hours do not worry. I have given the extra half hour either side, to allow time for refreshments, chatting and remedy shopping.
