The evening will be filled with ‘Natural and Nourishing’ food, drinks and herbal remedies to excite all of the senses. Empowering knowledge all about how we can balance our hormones and and work with our cycle naturally using nutritious food and herbal remedies to support it. Its a follow on from part 1 where we focused on loving our and supporting our glands responsible for producing and balancing our hormones. The evening will take a similar format with medicinal cocktails to start (that support our insulin levels which get lazy as we grow older). Then the conversation, information and menu will be focused on what nutrition and remedies we can have at different times throughout our monthly and annual cycle to get the most from our bodies functions and energy levels. How we can work with the moon if we are not having a monthly mensuration. The end of the evening will be focused on supporting better sleep as that really can be the key remedy to everything.

Think, dips, pestos, seedy crackers, soups and my own recipes or herby, gluten free bread that incorporate the theory of seed cycling. For main, warm root veggie dishes, rices and grains filled with goodness, flavour and colour . All of the food and drink is designed to cleanse the body and boost our most needed minerals and nutrients that we are deficient in due to our external environments. All food is plant based, gluten and sugar free but not nut friendly, please do let me know if you have any other dietary requirements.

Retreats remedies will be included throughout from delicious drinks, to essential oil rollers and herbal teas as the perfect nightcap. I will explain all of the science and spiritual support they can offer to allow us to use nature as a support to move smoothly through our cycles, emotions and moods. The evening is suitable for all ages whether you’re at puberty, peri menopause, menopause or beyond, our body needs to be kept in balance at all ages to avoid awful symptoms that just make life harder.

All in all you should go home feeling nourished and inspired on how to make some small changes that can slow down the wrinkles, reduce hormone imbalances and leave you feeling and looking even more fabulous.
