A beautiful handmade ceramic dish with frankincense resin 20g and coals ( a roll of 10) to cleanse your space, enhance your mood and invigorate your energy.

Frankincense is an aromatic resin obtained from trees of the genus Boswellia in the family Burseraceae. It has long been synonymous with eastern medicine for its anti-inflammatory properties and one of my favourite ways to cleanse myself and my space. In history frankincense has always been used to clear churches and sacred spaces, its slightly citrus notes really lift the spirits.

It's sweet, woody aroma is sedative and enhances mood by diminishing feelings of stress and anxiety while improving concentration and memory.

Available in stone/gold and berry these handcrafted ceramic dishes hold the coals perfectly and come to life when ignited with the frankincense.

Directions for use:

• Light the coal over a flame - it can sparkle a little, so do be careful - or use pincers.

• Let the coal get going and place it in the burner - with the round side facing down.

• Place the frankincense one piece at a time and let the smoke and divine smell cleanse you and your space.
