Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (raw with the mother) infused with Star Anise, Clove, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Orange, Liquorice Root, Cardamon, Fennel and sweetened with local Harrogate Honey. These spices and citrus fruits are used in the winter months for their natural immune boosting qualities but also digestive properties to help support us with the heavier and richer foods we eat, particularly around the festive period.
