Organic apple cider vinegar infused with a blend of beetroot, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and sweetened with pomegranate molasses. This blend is not just the colour of blood but all about supporting the bloods purification, circulation, warmth and balancing of blood sugar levels. I love how in nature many things that are good for the blood are that deep red from root vegetables, fruits to spices and this blend proves it with its ruby red depth.

The beetroot not only brings the depth of colour but the depth of flavour with its earthy base notes. Cinnamon helps to soften and sweeten, bringing all of its natural benefits. The cayenne gives it a real punch and some fire to warm you up from the inside out through the winter months. Whilst the pomegranate molasses is a nectar in itself making this blend vegan friendly. A small amount taken neat, diluted with water or added to food makes a fabulous salad dressing, just simply add some good quality olive oil and you have all the flavours to even any dish.
