Apple Cider Vinegar Making & Infusing Workshop ~ Saturday 18th October 11am ~ 4pm October
Step into autumn at The Rectory and join me for a nourishing day of apple cider vinegar making and infusing. Together we’ll connect to nature, celebrate the season’s abundance, and become alchemists for the day. You’ll make your own ACV from scratch and create an infusion of your very own to help support your immune system through the colder months.
The garden’s huge apple tree is truly the centrepiece of The Rectory — and this year, it is absolutely laden with fruit. It seemed the perfect inspiration to begin the new season of workshops. Especially as I have been famous for being the apple cider vinegar queen for 8 years now. For centuries, apple cider vinegar has been treasured for its healing and nourishing qualities, and together we’ll spend the day reconnecting with this timeless tradition.
After enjoying a natural and nourishing plant based lunch in the Remedy Room with the fire roaring and all the cosy vibes. Or under the apple tree if the weather is particularly kind. Finishing with herbal tea mediation to deeply relax, tune into our senses and gut instincts and needs. So we can then enjoy an afternoon of infusing a ready made batch of apple cider vinegar for you to take home. This is where I get to share with you all of my knowledge and experience of what makes a good blend, flavours, quantities and benefits of different herbs, spices, alliums and root vegetables. You will make your very own bespoke blend and tailor it to what you need and want, be it digestion support, immune sysytem, hormones or perhaps just the flavours you like. This will be ready a month later. Then you can continue on your own apple cider vinegar journey with confidence and understanding how to create your very own gut healing remedies.
I’m so excited about the day and sharing my new space at the Rectory. These are always such nourishing days to gift yourself. To slow down, to reconnect to what you and your body needs, to relax and be nurtured and inspired to make positive changes and to meet other conscious souls on the same journey of learning these ancient techniques and turning to nature.
